Dining Services Director

What you'll do

• Manage dining services operations and team
• plan daily menus within budget
• ensure meals are prepared and served on time
• oversee budgets, records, reports, and inventory controls
• maintain kitchen and dining room cleanliness
• recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees
• support monthly special events
• promote Cascade Living’s mission and values. Food Workers Card or ServSafe Certification required.
