This role exists to provide one-on-one specialized treatment to clients in a home-based setting. The technician works in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized behavioral plans, collect progress data, and support families, ensuring clients receive high-quality, life-changing care.

What you'll do

• Work one-on-one with clients in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBAs
• collect data to monitor treatment effectiveness
• support BCBA with family training
• maintain clear communication with families and supervisors
• physically keep up with clients during sessions including lifting 25+ pounds.
