Technical Support Manager

What you'll do

• Provide technical support by phone and email
• coordinate team activity, processes, and workflow
• respond to customer faults and requests
• gather information and diagnose hardware and software issues
• document site visits
• evaluate technical aspects of quality complaints
• implement customer-site start-ups and training
• record inquiries in CRM and follow up
• promote aftersales services
• and travel up to 50% for customer visits. Managerial assignments also include hiring, training, directing work, performance reviews, and department procedures.
