What you'll do

• Lead Automated Finance engagements across assessment, transition, and ongoing delivery
• advise senior client stakeholders
• oversee accounting operations, financial close, reporting, and general ledger activities
• ensure accurate and consistent delivery under applicable policies, controls, and timelines
• drive process improvement and standardization
• oversee dashboards, data models, KPI frameworks, and reporting
• advance use of finance technology, AI, and automation
• coordinate teams
• review deliverables and manage delivery risk
• mentor Consultants and Managers
• identify client expansion opportunities
• contribute to recruiting, proposals, business development, and practice development.

Why this role

Requires 8–12 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, including significant recurring accounting or controllership delivery leadership, and at least one year of external audit experience at a public accounting firm.
