Director of Nursing

What you'll do

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
• oversee daily operations, budgets, and resources in line with facility goals
• organize service delivery and collaborate with departments, facilities, patients, families, and visitors
• lead quality improvement activities
• supervise and advise nursing staff
• monitor safety, service delivery, and staff development
• apply knowledge of risk management, clinical precautions, infection control, fall prevention, special procedures, environmental checks, fire and disaster procedures, and alternatives to seclusion or restraint.

Why this role

Requires graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of employment, and CPR certification.
