What you'll do

• Direct licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel
• support staff development and education, infection control, and wound care management
• develop and implement nursing services, objectives, policies, and procedures in accordance with regulations and standards
• conduct nursing rounds several times daily
• help ensure residents are free from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect
• participate in interdisciplinary management planning and decisions.
