Assistant Superintendent — Heavy Civil / Bridge Construction

The Assistant Superintendent is a full-time, onsite role in Lowell, MA. Pay is $100,000–$150,000 per year. What you'll do

• Support daily construction operations
• review drawings and schedules
• assist with permits, subcontractor coordination, shop drawings, and work plans
• participate in safety briefings and pretask planning
• support crew supervision and subcontractor oversight
• track quantities, deliveries, and reports
• assist with QA/QC inspections, cost tracking, payment estimates, inspections, and testing
• communicate with engineers and owners.
