What you'll do

• Prepare salads, sandwiches, entrees, dips, spreads, and desserts
• slice meats and cheeses
• serve customers at the deli counter and assist with made-to-order and hot sandwiches
• stock cases
• maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• use POS systems and production logs
• wash dishes
• perform opening or closing duties
• monitor cooler and freezer temperatures
• maintain signage and orderly department areas.
