Loss Prevention Associate

What you'll do

• Assist staff and guests courteously
• maintain a professional presence in reception or designated service areas
• verify guests and manage access using sign-in logs, ID badges, and access control
• observe and report suspicious behavior or critical incidents
• direct phone calls
• document incidents in the incident portal
• promote safety awareness
• conduct opening and closing safety sweeps
• follow Goodwill policies and procedures.

Why this role
