What you'll do

• Work with the Program Manager to lead Lieutenants and foster a one-team culture.
• Develop and implement schedules, backfill call-offs, and modify schedules to avoid open posts.
• Maintain guard-force discipline and attendance.
• Oversee quality-control inspections and supervisor visits to posts.
• Conduct safety inspections, support situational awareness, and ensure responsible firearms handling.
• Oversee reports, investigations, payroll timekeeping, and administrative tasks.
• Establish emergency backfill plans.
• Other duties may be assigned by the Program Manager.
