Description
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree) recognized by the APTA or equivalent accrediting bodies. Current, unencumbered license to practice physical therapy in the state of assignment. 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred. Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
