The Seasonal Customer Service Representative Level II works onsite in Racine, WI. Compensation is $18 per hour. The role supports Halpin’s Danish distributor call center during the October–December holiday peak, primarily serving corporate gifting clients. The representative manages corporate gift orders and account inquiries, coordinating order details and fulfillment while communicating status and resolving issues. The role also supports consumer callers as call volume requires, helping maintain service during the seasonal rush.

What you'll do

• Manage corporate gifting order placement, changes, and account inquiries by phone and email
• process and track holiday gift orders, recipient lists, packaging requests, and delivery timelines
• communicate order status, shipping timelines, and delays
• coordinate complex orders with warehouse and fulfillment teams
• support the call center queue as needed
• resolve corporate and consumer order issues and escalate complex cases.
