The Field Lead Technician (L3) – Data Centers role is onsite in Huntsville, AL, with pay of $33–$36 per hour. As a fiber-optic subject matter expert, the technician performs and oversees installation, testing, troubleshooting, quality control, and technician development.

What you'll do

• Lead field teams and coordinate work plans, safety discussions, customer meetings, and project milestones. Install, route, terminate, label, and test copper and fiber cabling
• perform rack-and-stack and structured cabling work
• troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues. Maintain documentation and asset records, oversee QA/QC and compliance, and train and mentor L1 and L2 technicians.
