The Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Boston, MA, with compensation of $21–$26 per hour. The teacher leads a safe, nurturing classroom and develops learning experiences that support children’s curiosity, confidence, development, and long-term well-being. What you'll do

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• lead classroom routines and model instructional practices
• supervise children and support their development
• document observations
• communicate with families and participate in conferences and events
• maintain required certifications and training
• collaborate with colleagues and coach Assistant Teachers.
