The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Home Care role provides onsite care in clients’ homes in the St. Petersburg, FL service area. Pay is $18–$20 per hour based on skills and experience. SYNERGY HomeCare of Seminole supports seniors and individuals receiving care at home. The CNA assists clients with daily living, mobility, meals, appointments, and light housekeeping while monitoring and reporting changes in condition. The role follows care plans and agency protocols and provides companionship and emotional support.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• provide mobility assistance and support client safety
• prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• accompany clients to appointments
• perform light housekeeping
• monitor and report changes in condition
• provide companionship
• follow care plans and agency protocols.
