Night Attendant

What you'll do

• Conduct courtesy calls after guest check-in
• assist guests with requests or complaints after regular office hours
• may handle check-ins, check-outs, and replacement keys
• maintain laundry-room cleanliness and fold linens
• patrol the lobby and front entrance
• protect guest privacy and safety
• may process payments and post charges
• complete shift checklists and reports.
