What you'll do

• Oversee daily dietary services and kitchen operations
• ensure safe meal preparation and service in line with nutrition, sanitation, infection-control, and food-safety standards
• manage menus, meal planning, inventory, purchasing, and food ordering
• supervise, schedule, train, and support dietary staff
• monitor food quality, meal service, and resident satisfaction
• coordinate with nursing and other departments
• maintain records
• prepare for surveys, audits, and inspections
• support nutrition and dining quality improvement.
