Lead HVAC Installer, Residential Retrofit

The Lead HVAC Installer role is onsite in Columbia, MD, with pay of $30–$45 per hour. The position is full-time and year-round. What you'll do

• Remove and replace outdated HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air-conditioning units
• install residential heating and air-conditioning systems to manufacturer specifications and applicable codes
• lead installations with an assigned helper
• start up, test, and troubleshoot equipment
• meet safety, quality, and inspection standards
• maintain professional service and a clean job site.
