What you'll do

• Administer branch office processes
• review and enter contracts
• manage invoicing and cash application
• collect and apply accounts receivable
• process accounts payable submissions
• process payroll data, expense reports, fuel cards, and purchase cards
• conduct credit and reference checks as needed
• assist with inventory
• maintain records and personnel files
• route incoming calls
• prepare management reports
• assist with financial report review and branch safety meetings.
