The Bilingual Surface Repair Apprentice role is onsite in Hollywood, Florida. Compensation is $18–$24 per hour. The apprentice works on surface repair jobs and serves tenants and property management staff for Surface Experts’ Hialeah-Miami Gardens branch. The role learns the company’s repair process while restoring damaged surfaces, matching colors and finishes, and solving varied repair problems. It also provides customer service, builds relationships that support repeat business, and identifies additional repairs during customer walk-throughs when helpful.

What you'll do

• Repair damaged surfaces onsite using the company’s five-step process, including countertops, cabinets, tubs, and floors
• match colors and finishes
• problem-solve each repair
• provide service to tenants and property management staff
• build customer relationships
• identify and point out additional repairs during walk-throughs when they may help the customer.
