What you'll do

• Manage daily field operations and ensure compliance with INDOT specifications, plans, and contract documents
• lead and schedule inspectors and technicians
• coordinate with contractors, owners, designers, utilities, and stakeholders
• review construction documents and submittals
• oversee materials acceptance and testing
• maintain project records and pay estimates
• prepare final construction records
• monitor work-zone safety and environmental commitments
• and help resolve field issues and design conflicts.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 5+ years of construction inspection experience, or equivalent education and 8–10+ years of relevant experience. INDOT technician qualifications and OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification may be obtained after hire as specified.
