The Home Hemodialysis Care Partner — 1:1 Client role is an onsite position in DeSoto, TX, paying $25 per hour. The schedule is four days a week. The role supports one patient transitioning from clinic dialysis to home treatments, with training and guidance from a clinical team. The care partner helps prepare the home dialysis treatment environment, supports the patient’s routine and comfort, provides light daily-living assistance as needed, and reports safety concerns to the coordinating nurse.

What you'll do

• Assist with setup of the NxStage or Tablo dialysis machine
• keep the treatment area clean, organized, and safe
• provide companionship and reassurance
• help the patient stay on treatment schedule
• provide light activities-of-daily-living support as needed
• monitor safety and report concerns to the coordinating nurse
• maintain simple documentation and shift notes.
