What you'll do

• Plan and organize nursing services for two resident care units
• coordinate with other units
• consult with the Director of Nursing
• complete admission and discharge checklists and chart information
• visit residents on assigned shifts
• evaluate emergencies
• supervise nursing personnel
• support dining and feeding needs
• monitor skin and fall-risk protocols
• maintain confidentiality
• educate family members
• ensure facility precautions and protocols are followed
• perform primary care, medication passes, and treatments as needed.
