What you'll do
- Provide brief behavioral health interventions in primary care
- conduct warm handoffs and same-day consultations
- participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
- deliver evidence-based treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, insomnia, and substance use disorders
- support patients receiving medication for opioid use disorder
- consult with family medicine residents and faculty
- participate in quality improvement
- and contribute to resident and medical student education.
