What you'll do

• Provide technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives
• review lessons and training content
• interface with government senior leaders, program managers, users, and contractors
• identify risks and recommend solutions
• support proposal efforts
• conduct training program evaluations and test item analysis
• review computer-based training comments
• manage the QACP process for assigned crew positions
• provide pilot procedures, VTRAT, CRM, and IRC training
• evaluate student performance and conduct remedial instruction
• maintain proficiency in aircrew training devices and required aircraft procedures.

Why this role

Requires prior C-5 AMP/C-5M aircraft commander qualification with 1,000 C-5 flight hours and a formal instructor course, or prior C-5 instructor pilot experience with 200 instructor hours. U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and an FAA Second Class medical certificate are required. Weekend, holiday, and odd-shift work may be required.
