What you'll do

• Understand customer needs and communicate them to the Support Team and other functions
• manage spot-buy requests and order processing
• build customer relationships
• update forecasts
• create customer and part records
• manage orders from inception to payment
• place sales and source orders with production facilities
• enter release orders
• review inventory and material requirements
• manage finished goods and claims
• prepare reports and spreadsheets
• provide backup for other Inside Sales Representatives, Buyers, and the Account Manager.
