What you'll do
- Travel for assignments lasting 7–14 days to install standard sets and storage products in shop bays, semi-trailers, and shipping containers
- assemble items such as work benches and shelving
- install Torrent Power Washer machines and train customers on required maintenance
- inventory customer sets for refill and put away arriving products
- inspect and maintain product labels
- help customers locate products needed for maintenance repairs
- work with sales representatives by phone to assess customer assistance needs
- support customers in the absence of the assigned sales representative, including product and equipment training
- share installation best practices and help develop sales representative training
- book travel and maintain expense and mileage records.
