What you'll do

• Collaborate with teachers to implement an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum
• observe children’s interests and share daily milestones with parents
• support children’s play with language, toys, and activities
• model developmentally appropriate social behavior
• intervene when needed to maintain safety
• contribute ideas to a balanced daily schedule.
