Maintenance Shift Supervisor — Day Shift

The Maintenance Shift Supervisor — Day Shift role is onsite in Salt Lake City, UT. The schedule is Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday, 4:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The maintenance team supports Sweet Candy Company’s goal of providing reliable equipment for candy production. The supervisor leads and develops maintenance technicians, coordinates maintenance work with operations, and manages plans and spare parts. The role promotes safe work, reliable equipment, and production support through coaching, preventive maintenance, and coordination with vendors and contractors.

What you'll do

• Lead, schedule, train, and develop maintenance staff
• enforce safety protocols

• coordinate between maintenance and operations
• manage spare parts and storeroom alignment
• prepare maintenance plans
• work with vendors and trainers
• conduct performance reviews
• manage attendance and timekeeping
• resolve conflicts
• respond to safety incidents and assist with first aid and evacuation sweeps.
