What you'll do

• Provide Tier 2 remote and onsite support
• troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues
• respond to user-reported problems
• answer client calls and create service tickets
• track and document tickets through resolution
• coordinate with higher-tier teams
• perform updates, patches, installations, and system audits
• assist with technical projects
• document procedures and knowledge base articles
• participate in a rotating monthly on-call schedule.
