What you'll do

• Coordinate catering staff schedules and determine staffing needs from orders
• discuss setup with function leaders and address changes
• instruct staff and help set up rooms
• assemble and deliver food and supplies
• serve guests
• return equipment and utensils
• follow food preparation, presentation, portion, temperature, and sanitation standards.

Why this role
