Parts Sales Specialist

What you'll do

• Build relationships with authorized dealers
• make outbound calls to follow up on quotes and identify parts needs
• identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• prepare quotes and process orders
• support dealers and end users by phone and email
• identify replacement parts based on equipment and application
• manage website inquiries and leads
• resolve customer concerns
• coordinate order fulfillment with internal teams
• maintain customer, quote, and sales information in CRM systems.
