Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Columbus, Ohio, providing one-on-one care in clients’ homes. Pay is $19–$25 per hour. The position supports TLC HomeCare’s care team in helping clients maintain comfort, dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.

What you'll do

• Follow individualized care plans
• assist with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, personal care, meals, and household tasks
• maintain a clean and safe home environment
• document care and report changes or concerns to a supervisor. Provide companionship, protect client confidentiality, and communicate respectfully with clients, families, supervisors, and the care team. A valid driver’s license and CPR certification are required
• graduation from an accredited Home Health Aide program is required.
