What you'll do

• Board commercial loans and track original notes or titles
• process payoff quotes, payoffs, and lien releases
• prepare participation remittances and reports
• monitor internal accounts and resolve imbalances
• prepare general ledger reconciliations
• research complex loan scenarios with lending teams
• lead assigned projects
• support audit responses
• guide junior team members
• apply regulatory and Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
