What you'll do

• Manage project scheduling, permits, trade partner coordination, and inspections
• oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews
• update homeowners weekly
• maintain project schedules in Buildertrend
• conduct site visits for safety and quality
• lead punch-list and warranty processes
• collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers.
