What you'll do

• Install, service, and upgrade equipment at customer locations
• diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• provide technical recommendations
• train customers on product operation and maintenance
• perform routine maintenance
• manage replacement-parts stock
• document issues for escalation
• evaluate customer needs for additional products or services.
