This position serves as the organizational authority on Research Operations strategy and innovation at Cox Automotive. The role exists to shape how research is practiced, scaled, and valued across the organization. The lead will define the future state of Research Operations, influence executive stakeholders, and act as a principal advisor to research, design, and product leadership.

What you'll do

• Define and own the long-term Research Operations strategy and capability roadmap.
• Lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives including infrastructure modernization and AI enablement.
• Establish and govern enterprise standards for research repositories and data governance.
• Drive alignment across research, design, and product leadership.
• Oversee strategic vendor partnerships and budget planning.
