What you'll do

• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment
• monitor, observe, and document client behavior
• supervise self-administered medications
• submit incident reports
• attend staff meetings and required in-services
• follow infection-control guidelines
• provide end-of-shift reports
• report emergencies and incidents
• transport clients to appointments and activities
• orient new clients and complete intake documentation
• search belongings and residential spaces for contraband
• monitor curfews and rule compliance.
