• Maintain guest-service standards

• recruit, train, develop, and assess staff

• plan and assign daily goals and tasks
• answer customer questions
• process sales and payments
• maintain sales and inventory records and order merchandise
• keep the theater clean and orderly
• monitor safety and security
• prepare and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and company policies.
