What you'll do

• Lead daily sales-floor activity for BMW and MINI
• coach sales consultants on deals, follow-up, objections, and closing
• conduct huddles and performance conversations
• structure and desk deals
• monitor CRM activity, lead response, appointments, follow-up, and unsold traffic
• partner with Finance and inventory leadership
• maintain manufacturer, dealership, legal, and documentation standards
• review performance reports
• help recruit, onboard, train, and retain sales professionals
• resolve customer concerns.
