The director leads venue operations and a team of more than 100 associates, overseeing guest experience, financial performance, and management across beverage, entertainment, events, and maintenance. The role establishes consistent operating standards and supports the successful opening and ongoing performance of the Paramus venue.

What you'll do

• Lead daily venue operations and team development
• manage financial performance, forecasting, scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships
• recruit, hire, and train associates
• oversee service quality, guest satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency
• execute the operations playbook
• and travel between venues or to the Support Center as necessary.
