Accounts Payable Manager — Skilled Nursing Facilities

What you'll do

• Oversee daily accounts payable operations across facilities
• review, approve, code, and process vendor invoices
• manage weekly and monthly check, ACH, and wire payment runs
• supervise and support AP staff
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• maintain audit-ready records
• partner with facility and corporate teams on approvals and expense tracking
• support month-end and year-end close, including accruals
• assist with audits
• improve processes and internal controls.
