What you'll do

• Perform repairs according to repair orders and dealership and factory standards
• diagnose malfunctions and complete repairs correctly
• coordinate with the parts department
• inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs
• communicate repair updates to service advisors
• document work
• road-test vehicles when required
• participate in manufacturer training
• supervise apprentice technicians when assigned
• maintain tools and follow safety procedures.
