• maintain HRIS data and audit accuracy
• prepare HR metrics and reports
• support HR system integration and optimization
• advise on HR policies and employment law
• guide goal setting and employee development
• manage full-cycle recruiting
• partner with business leaders and HR teams
• maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
