The Organizational Change Management Lead role is hybrid remote, initially supporting Merrillville, IN, and transitioning to Indianapolis, IN, with regional travel to client sites required. Compensation is $85–$100 per hour. Blue Star Partners LLC is recruiting for a multi-year transformation program at a global specialty materials manufacturing organization. The lead establishes and executes change management across approximately 11 connected workstreams, assessing impacts to employees, operations, technology, and workforce structures. The role supports adoption by aligning stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and resourcing with program milestones and evolving site needs.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the organizational change strategy and roadmap
• assess impacts across operational, technology, workforce, and manufacturing workstreams
• identify stakeholders, readiness risks, and targeted engagement needs
• build and coach change networks
• support manufacturing modernization involving automation, robotics, and operational technology
• develop communications and leader materials
• coordinate training strategy
• recommend change resources
• monitor readiness, adoption, and resistance
• support workforce and operating-model changes
• adapt approaches for potential international phases and local requirements.
