What you'll do

• Expand employment opportunities and build corporate and local employer partnerships
• connect participants to employment, job training, and educational opportunities
• carry an active caseload
• oversee the program independently
• manage and support staff
• build relationships with employers, community partners, and service providers
• travel within the region to residential settings, employers, offices, and community organizations
• transport participants as needed.
