The director leads engineering teams delivering Arc, a cloud platform for managing deployed robot fleets, and applications for the Robot Operations Center. The role aligns product and engineering partners around technical roadmaps, delivery commitments, customer support tools, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead delivery of the Arc platform and set technical roadmaps and delivery commitments
• coordinate UI, web, mobile, and cloud services teams
• guide technical decisions and requirements for platform dependencies
• develop applications for remote issue resolution and fleet monitoring
• hire, develop, and manage a distributed engineering organization.
