What you'll do

• Lead a cross-functional talent team to create and implement talent strategies
• partner with Business Human Resources and stakeholders on talent and development strategies
• advise HR and business leaders on talent decisions
• coach leaders on identifying and developing top talent
• lead performance management and talent review implementation and train BHR
• consult on succession planning, assessment, feedback, development planning, and senior leader transitions
• assess talent data and recommend actions.
