Toddler Teacher

The Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Mooresville, NC, with pay of $16–$17.50 per hour. The teacher supports The Learning Experience’s mission to make a difference in the lives of children, families, and communities through early learning. The role leads a safe, nurturing classroom and implements the L.E.A.P. Curriculum in ways suited to children’s needs. It supports children’s development and love of learning while partnering with families and center staff on engagement and enrollment goals.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced classroom teachers
• manage a safe and engaging classroom
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children according to their needs
• communicate children’s progress to parents
• partner with center staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals
• build relationships with families and coworkers.

Why this role
