What you'll do

• Transport dirty dishes to the bus tub, tray, or dish room according to restaurant specifications
• polish and stock silverware, glassware, plateware, and other service utensils at service stations
• maintain stations throughout the shift according to zoning and pars
• follow safety and sanitation procedures
• assist with Coffee Person or Dishwasher duties as directed
• use tools and equipment safely
• work collaboratively in a busy environment.
